After upgrading to Sage 50 2024 US Edition, I can no longer connect using XLGL.

Upgrade to Sage 50 2024 US Edition sometime resets the password for the Peachtree user that XLGL requires to connect.

If you are having trouble connecting, verify that the password is set properly:

  1. Open Sage 50.
  2. Go the the Maintain menu, then Users, then Set Up User Security.
  3. Click the Data Access/Crystal Report tab.
  4. Check With the following information in the Access From Outside Sage 50 section.
  5. Set the password (7 characters maximum)
  6. Click Save and Close.
