A great way to gather troubleshooting information is to use the Windows Steps Recorder:
- Close or minimize all windows that are not pertinent to the problem to protect your personal information.
- From the Windows Search Box, type: Steps Recorder.
- Click the Steps Recorder app from the search result to open it.
- Click Start Record in the Step Recorder window.
- Make the steps to reproduce the problem you want to share with the support team.
- Click Stop Record in the Step Recorder window.
- You can review the recording before saving it.
- Click Save in the Step Recorder window and save the zip file in a familiar location.
- Send/reply an email to the Support Team and attach the zip file.
