How can I change the name or email address on my account?

Changing contact information

You may need to change contact information in your account or transfer ownership to someone else in your enterprise.

Steps

To change any information on your account, including the name and email address of the account's owner:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Open the Profile section to change the email or password.
  3. Open the Address section to change the name, address and phone number.
  4. Save your changes
